Radical Home Services is a subscription-based handyman service that simplifies home maintenance. We handle routine tasks and minor repairs, ensuring your home stays in top condition without the hassle of managing multiple service providers.

Choose a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly plan that fits your needs. Each plan includes a set number of handyman hours you can use for various services, from fixing leaky faucets to assembling furniture. Need more time? We leave our handymen schedules open on Fridays for flex hours that can be purchased as needed.

While our focus is on routine maintenance and minor repairs, we can assess larger projects on a case-by-case basis. If a task falls outside our scope, we can recommend trusted professionals to assist you.

Payments can be made through our secure online portal. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

It depends on the items you want done each week. We find that people often have specific items each visit they want the handyman to handle, such as changing out the air filter in the AC unit once a month. However, people also usually reserve some time for random todo projects after the sceduled tasks are completed. We find it is better if you are home for the todo projects. That being said, we have no problem just working of the task lists like we do for seasonally out of town clients (snowbirds).

We offer flexible plans to fit your needs for weekly, bi-monthly and monthly visits. All plans cost $100 per hour. So, if you have weekly handyman for 1 hour a week, the lcost is $100 per week. If you have a handyman come 4 hours once a month, it is $400 a month. It should be noted that the last hour of each visit is really 50 minutes because of scheduling and logistics. For example, for 1 hour weekly visits, it is really 50 minutes. However,  a 4 hour once a month visit is 3 hours and 50 minutes. That being said, if the next home is next door or nearby, you get the extra time. Therefore, it benefits you to refer neighbors to us. 

Our services are provided on an "at-will" basis. You can cancel or change your plan at any time.

During our initial visit, we'll assess your home's maintenance needs and discuss any specific tasks you'd like us to prioritize. This helps us tailor our services to best meet your requirements.

Yes, we offer emergency services 24/7 for urgent issues such as burst pipes or electrical outages. This service is an add on of $50 a month to be included in the program and then an hourly rate of $150 an hour. The reasoning is we have to keep someone on call every night and then pay them more to show up so late.
