Membership Explained

Radical Home Services is a membership based program. Meaning, you sign up for a specific amount of visits per month for a specific amount of time. We have listed the time option below. We utilize the start of the hour method for our visits so it is easy to track. Meaning, your handyman will be at your house at the start of the hour for their visit. Also, for scheduling purposes, the last hour of any visit is 50 minutes. This allows the handyman time to get to the next member. However, if the next member is next door, you get the extra time. So, it is beneficial for you to refer your neighbor to be a member because you get the extra time.

We also use a cost+ model for supplies that we provide. This is because we use high grade products. For example, on beachside, 316 stainless steal screws should be used rather than cheaper options. The 316 stainless will last decades when the cheap options will barely last a year. Another example is that most people use WD 40 when they should be using T-90 which is a more expensive but better lubricant. Items that are purchased on your behalf will have a 10% cost charge added but you keep the product. That being said, if you have a specific product you would like us to use, there is obviously no charge to you.
